reportedly connected with the murder in the Costa had told the court that he was working As an in Formant and that the heroin transaction had been part of that he reportedly asked the court to Send him anywhere but the Deputy District at Torney Thomas told the court that me Sale had happened while Costa was on Appeal in passing judge Cannon noted that while Costa was not directly involved in violence had been done by others As a result of Costas Guthrie elected master of state Grange 44 0 Stratton 30 Francis Guthrie of Calhan was elected master of the Colo Rado state Grange to fill the
