out local celebrations in Honor of the Centen or May under take cleanup or tree planting has served As a Gap filler and has sparked participation in Many other communities which did not have projects requiring a Csc Matching a total of 198 cities Ana towns in 61 counties have received Community incentive program Grants totalling 82 this program re quires no local Matching communities receive
