Do sugar and Cream again. Add unbeaten Efig Yolks one at a time beating thoroughly. Add peach sauce them fold in dry ingredients. A at go Whites and fold into Btty a. P k-30 minutes. Filling one egg White one cup sugar one cup uncooked peach p lip put ingredients in bowl and a at until thick enough to spread on cake Phach sauce six peaches one half cup cold water Peel peaches Cut in halves and remove stones. Add water and Cut until soft and Pulpy. Remove front fire and Force through Sieve or colander. Let Cool before adding to cake Batter. Mrs. Lawrence the ii an. Peaches canned in Raspberry syrup make a Raspberry syrup by crushing fresh berries and straining As though for Raspberry Jelly. Use this juice and make a syrup proportion two cups sugar one cup Raspberry juice one cup water and Cook peaches in this syrup for 20 minutes pack into hot to sterilised jars and Seal. Ona Hill. 24 hour salad custard Rind Atid juice of one Lemon one half cup sugar one fourth cup Cream Volks of four eggs Heil the above ingredients until thick then set aside to Cool. Mix together one can crushed pineapple. One can fruit salad one half Pound seedless grapes one half Pound marshmallows Cut fairly Fine and one fourth Pound pecans. Whip one half pint Cream add to fruit then add cooled custard. Keep in cold place 24 hours. Serve with or without whipped Cream. Norm a Greer. I Gether until Light and Fluffy. Add 1 egg Yolks one at a time beating j thoroughly after each addition. Add j flour alternately with milk a Small amount at a time heating Well. I spread into greased nine Inch Lay j or pans. Beat egg Whites until Foamy. Add sugar two Tablespoons at a time and beat after each Addi i i Tion until sugar is thoroughly blended. After All sugar is added. I continue beating until mixture will j stand in peaks. Spread in equal amounts on top of each layer. Bake in slow oven sin. Degrees for 25 minutes.
