Add sugar gradually and Cream Well. Add beaten eggs and milk and mix Well. Sift flour with baking powder and soda and add to creamed mixture blending Well. Drop from Teaspoon on greased Beking sheets. Let stand a few minutes then flatten cookies by stamping with a Glass covered with Damp cloth. Sprinkle with sugar.
