October 28, 1020, the Board of supervisors of the county of Alla Makee in the state of Iowa met in regular session at the court House in Waukon the county seat of said county at 800 o clock a. M., pursuant to Law to the rules said Board and to adjournment. The meeting was called to order by the chairman and the foil being called there were present a. I Steffen chairman in the chair and the following named supervisors Frank Thompson  o. N. Thompson. Absent none. Supervisor o. N. Thompson introduced and read the Resolution next hereinafter set. Out and moved its adoption seconded by supervisor Frank Thompson and after due consideration thereof by the Board the chairman put the question upon the adoption of said Resolution and the Roll being called the following named supervisor voted ayes a. I. Steffen Nayes none. Frank Thompson o. N. Thompson whereupon the chairman declared the said Resolution duly adopted As follows to wit Resolution authorizing the issuance of Road certificates in anticipation of primary Road fund allotments for the year 1927. Whereas the legislature of the state of Iowa has created a primary Road system and a primary Road fund has pledged said fund to the improvement iof said system of roads and has authorized the anticipation of said fund for the current and succeeding year in in amount not exceeding ninety per cent of the county s allotment of said fund for the preceding year by the issuance of Road certificates. Chapter 241, code 1924 and whereas it is necessary to anticipate Alla Makee county s allotments in the sum of $60,000.00 in order to provide funds with which to pay for the improvement on the primary Road system now under construction or about to be constructed and whereas Alla Makee county s allotment of the primary Road fund for the year 1925 was $110,090.03, and whereas no part of said county s allotments for the year 1927, has heretofore been anticipated by the issuance of certificates now therefore 1,6 resolved by the Board of supervisors of Alla Makee county Iowa Section 1. That we hereby authorize the issuance of Road certificates in the total sum of $00,000.00, As provided by the above statute said certificates to be numbered in denominations dated and maturing As follows numbered denomination dated maturing a Mno it 220 to 285 inc. $1,000.00 nov. 1, 192g dec.
