It seems to be More like Sand so As soon As it Rains it seems to Mush in and they grate it up and put it to the Side she said. Its pretty hard to get Down the Road when it Rains because they re full of ruts its terrible. Coun. Owen Williams chair of the rms gravel committee said Council has begun supplying its own gravel this year and is confident the new gravel should improve Road conditions throughout the municipality. Last year we bought the gravel from Down South and theress a fair amount of Clay in it which is Good on the Sandy roads but its not quite As Good on the heavier mud roads he explained. We actually dug our own gravel last Winter and it is much better because theress a lot of Rock in it. It needs Stone in it to hold up on the roads. Williams said the problem now is waiting for weather Nice enough to get Crews out laying the better gravel. The Rains have kept us off the roads and we a vent been Able to get the gravel Down All Over yet he said.
