Tom Hyde who is acting president of the Portage Lisgar conservative Riding association said already a committee has been set up to run the nomination meeting and find possible candidates. We expect to find really Good people who Are highly qualified for the Job and carry on that tradition of Strong representation for one of the most attractive areas of the country said Hyde. He said the association is not planning to Rush into holding a nomination meeting but expects it to be held within the next two or three months so a candidate is in place if a snap Federal election is called.
