Smith noted she has helped provide More continuity to health care in Gladstone by working to bring permanent doctors to the Community. The Only other hic project she still wants to see Progress is the planned Community com plex which is expected to be built next year. Smith said while she will continue to live in Gladstone she will be sad to leave her friends and colleagues at work. Quot i think i will miss everything Quot she said. Chief Irvin Milvor was granted an absolute discharge on charges of storing a weapon in an unsafe manner. The charges stemmed from an incident on Jan. 5.
