The Philadelphia Health Office report exhib its 141 as the number of deaths which took place in that city last week ; 19 of which were by consumption of the lungs, 12 by con vulsions, 12 by scarlet fever, 0 by hives, 1 by inflammation of the lungs, 8 by influenza, 4 by measels, 4 by sore throat, and 8 by mad ness from rum. Seventy-one of the whole number were under the age of five years.
