Harford County.Bei.air, Md., Sept. 13.—The director* of the Harford County Fair hare closed a contract with Mr*. Carrie Nation to deliver an address at the fair on Tuesday, September 30. Her subject will be “Why I Smashed.A touAiament will be held at Van Bibber next Thursday. The marshal will be Mr. E. F. Raphel. The Judge* are Joseph B. Hanway, Paul Fleury, Edward A. Dietrich and William S. Forwood, Jr. The charge to the knight*'will be delivered by Mr. Harry S. Carver. The coronation address will be made by Mr. Walter W. Preaton. The proceed* are for the benefit of St. Stephen'sChurch.
