Harris of McConnelsville, a hitherto practicing attorney and a young man of scholarly attainments, who has purchased an interest in the Journal and who will deyote his time and talents to keeping atloat the frail Democratic bark in Athens county, and to maintaining the reputation of the Journal as a live, newsy paper. We welcome Mr. Harris as editor of our esteemed contemporary and hope our relations may bo as pleasant as were these with his predecessor.
