The first Is the “Mount Pleasant,” being built by Mrs. 8. Buel, of Washington, D. C. This cottage Is the outcome of Mrs. Duel's Industry. she having started here In a very small way four years ago. Mrs. D. C. Vande-grtft, of Pittsburg, Pa., also is Impressed 1 with the value of Investing here. Last j year she built and managed the “Tarry-awhlle” cottage. She was so much encouraged that she Is now building a large cottage.Among other women here who have hadthe pluck to invest and who have met withsuccess each year nresMrs. John Showell, owner of the “Ocean Swell” cottages; Mrs. Burwell, of the “Colonial” cottage; Mrs.i O.
