Yesterday morning while the excursion train was standing at Eat Portage a little girl about five years old boarded the train, apparently for the purpose of having a ride. After the train had proceeded a short distance, and while it was moving at a rapid rate, the child jumped off. The train was stopped and search was mnde^ to find the lit' tie one, but. after half an hour it was riven up; as she could not be found. She has, however, since turned up all right and unharmed.
