M. and 5 P. M. on all working days until date of letting. Proistsals are to be made out on blank furnished upon application at the Athens State Hospital and are to be addressed to E. H. Rorick M. D. Secretary of the board of Trustees of the Athens State Hospital care of Frank L.Packard, Architect, Columbus, Ohio. Each proposal will be made out in strict accordance w ith the statutes of Ohio governing the letting of public buildings and the bond or certified check amount to 50 per cent of the amount of proposal is toaccompany the proposal. Said bond being conditioned that if the proposalis accepted the bidder is to enter into contract within ten days of the letting to proceed to and carry the work into execution called for and by the plans and applications and covered by said proposal and bond and said »ond is to serve as final bond for the execution of the work and conditions of payment are as provided in theappropriation bill for Athens StateMspital for the years 11*02 and 1902.
