-The whistle at the Nelsonvilie Sewer Pipe company's paving block factory blew loud ami long Tuesday morning for the first time since the factory was destroyed by fire last winter, it was music to the ears of the employes, as they have had very little work since the fire. 'The factory has been rebuilt in a remarkably short time, considering the unfavorable i weather.
