ANDRE MARIUS BESSON Boro May 19,1911 Grange, SwitzerlandAfter a short illness, Andy went to be with his Lord January 2,1998 at Seven Oaks Hospital.He was predeceased by his beloved wife, October 8,1997, Flora Ella; son Ronald; his brothers, Herb, Henry, sisters, Amy and Lucile. He is survived by his sons, Victor (Violet), East St. Paul, Clifford of Winnipeg and Larry (Claudine) of Lausanne Switzerland, and will be dearly missed by his grandchildren, Danny (Darcy), Denny (Donna), Ronnie, Vicki (Rob), Victor Jr. (MJ), Andre and Laurent; as well as six greatgrandchildren; nine nieces and nephews; and many, many friends.Andy was a lifetime member of the Salvation Army, his parents were former Salvation Army officers and he was very active as a bandsman, district manager of the Red Shield Appeal and visited Tache Nursing Home for approximately 30 years, giving comfort to the sick.He was a master mechanic at Inman Motors, (Terry Balkan) from 1939 and during the Second World War was an aircraft mechanic. He also served in the Militia in the Military Baud.Dad we will dearly miss you!Funeral services will be held at the Salvation Army Citadel Corps at 400 Colony St. on Saturday, January 10 at 11:00 a.m.In lieu of flowers, please make donations in memory of Andy to the Salvation Army Winnipeg Citadel Corps, 101400 Colony St._
