HOUSE WARMING,The Beautiful Poston Home Openedto Friends Tuesday Night.The Athens whist club was delightfully entertained at the bcautlfui Poston homeon Mulberry avenue, Tuesday evening. The occasion was in the nature of housewarming as well as simply entertainingthe whist club as the host and hostess were Mr and Mrs, Poston a# well as Dr. and Mrs. Biddle who are members of theclub.Forty-two guests were present. Eighttables were devoted to drive whist andone table to that fascinating game called letters. 1 he cards used for selecting partners were beautiful hand painted hearts gotten up In exquisite taste and the winning score was kept by heart* suspended from a gilded wooden arrowby delicate ribbons. Eight refreshmentswere served late the evening.Those present other than the regularmembers of the club were Dr. and Mrs. Alderman, Dr. and Mrs. Tinker, Major and Mrs. L. M Jewett, Mr. and Mrs. ,T. p.
