FORECLOSURE STALLEDBankruptcy Hearings For Landmark OrderedBv HAROLD HYMAN SUN Staff WriterThree creditors to whom the Landmark Tower Hotel, Paradise and Convention Center Drive, allegedly owes large sums of money, yesterday filed a joint petition in U.S. District Court to declare the never-opened hotel bankrupt.The action resulted in an immediate court order, signed by federal bank-/ruptcy referee Russell Taylor, to suspend any and all lawsuits, including impending foreclosure proceedings by two national financial giants, until a decision is rendered on whether or not the hotel is in fact bankrupt.Foreclosure had been forecast by Syl-vania Electric Company and the Southwest Statef Teamsters Union Pension Fund.(See Bankruptcy, Page 4)
