Man, 55, Dies In Job MishapA 55-year-old man died in an industrial accident in Gull Lake, Man., Thursday morning.RCMP said Steve Zakaluk, of Gull Lake, was operating a secondary crusher at the sand and gravel pits. He became caught in the head pulley of the conveyer belt and the head-frame. He was crushed and police said he died instantly.
