The work of laying the foundation will be begun at once. F. E. Ooldsberry, who occupied a part of the building as aresidence, has moved to the Moore property on Congress street, and Dr.J. m. Higgins, who also had his UR ;ce iu the building, has removed hieoffice to the Roach building just ftti of Warren’s livery stable on Washington street. The Athens Journal is in the Koach building on South Courtstreet.
