Sea member Lynne Rogers presented Adams left with a plaque tuesday afternoon. Adams is Active in Oskaloosa education by organizing or presenting educational programs for students. A trial information specifying the charge was filed with the Mahaska county clerk of courts office on tuesday. First degree arson is a class b felony. The agreement could have paved the Way for a new Hardeep a restaurant in Oskaloosa. However mayor David Krutzfeldt said that the inter est that Hardeep a had once expressed in the plan has since been withdrawn. Michael Schrock jr., City Man Ager for the City of Oskaloosa who has been dealing with this project for some time explained during the meeting Why he Felt it was still necessary to keep this on the Agenda. A prior to this item being placed on the Agenda a new development had occurred where Hardeep a just thought that it was not financially feasible to move Forward a Schrock said at monday s City Council meeting. Hut he insisted there still was the possibility for potential. A knowing that having that information in hand represents a couple of opportunities a he said. In addition he highlighted the current Hardeep a location is still for Sale. But he also Indi a ated that the building is somewhat of an eyesore considering How the building is boarded up. The Oskaloosa chamber music festival musicians have arrived in Oskaloosa and they Are working with students this week and will conduct two concerts for the Public this weekend. Chamber music festival founder Ben Davis and musicians Erika Blanco and Latan Nia Ellerbe visited the Oskaloosa rotary club tuesday and spoke about activities for this week and to perform some chamber music for the group. Chamber music is performed by a Small ensemble of up to eight musicians. A i fell in love with it a Davis said. A a it a a vibrant live Davis said that As he taught students he realized just what a Good music program Oskaloosa has so he wanted to give Back to the Community. Davis said the musicians arrived from around the country on tuesday. On wednesday a group of chamber music performers worked with the Oskaloosa Middle school wednesday morning at the George daily auditorium.
