An american South vietnamese agreement on the terms of Saigon a participation in the conference is imminent according to reports from both Saigon and Washington. President Nguyen Van Thieu is expected to announce his governments readiness to participate in the Paris talks with the United states North Vietnam and the Viet congas National liberation front in a few Days.
