Club To Devil's Den
HUNTSVILLE--The Hunts-Ville Riding club will sponsor trail rides at Devil’s Den State Park this weekend.
The first ride is set for 9:30 a m. Saturday and four rides each day are planned.
Camping space is available to the club and a wiener roast is set for Saturday night for members.
HUNTSVILLE-Winners of the State Grange Sewing Contest held at the Zion Oak Grange
Sunday were announced today.
The host Grange took first place in the class A division with California Grange, second and Ozone Grange, third.
In the class B entries first place went to Oak Hill Grange and California Grange placed fourth.
Taking the bop honors in the Class C division, and the Best in Show award was Mary May of California Grange.

LITTLE ROCK (AP) — The Arkansas House Wednesday adopted a resolution requesting the AIDC to furnish the legislature a list of new industries that have located in Arkansas in the last 17 months.

These Two Friends Apparently In Rut
PITTSBURGH (AP) - Ted Blair and Jim Hunter attended the same college at the same time, and both majored in political science.
They joined the Pennsylvania Air National Guard together and were commissioned second lieutenants together. And when the 171st Aeromedical Airlift Group was called to active duty this month, Blair and Hunter were there together.
Then last week their wives both gave birth to their first babies at Magee Women’s Hospital. Both infants weighed the same—6 pounds, 5 ounces—and the mothers are sharing the same room.
