Red White and Blue balloons Hung from the Walls and patriotic napkins had been placed on the tables. Around 11 a.m., with music playing in the background three cakes were carried to the main stage on Kennedy Square a one displaying fireworks the second with a 200th birthday greeting and the third bearing new castles official Seal. While Federal state county and City officials took their seats on stage new Castle mayor tim Fulkerson appeared at the podium. As he welcomed Pennsylvania set. Gov. Mark Schweiker and other dignitaries to new Castle of Wilkerson said a Good morning and Happy he then read proclamations from gov. Tom Ridge who offered congratulations to the City for playing a vital role in the history of the state.
