The three entities have formed triad an organization dedicated to better educate older persons about crime prevention reduce fear and provide moral support. The group allows older persons to voice their concerns to the Law enforcement Community while enabling officers to educate citizens about safety and consumer scams. Triad was organized on the National level by the Arr with each local group responding to the needs of its Community and population said Robert Smith chairman of the local triad.
