Paster , chosen for public policy advisory council Gregory Parker, the Republican candidate for Precinct 3 Comal County Commissioner, was chosen to be a member of the Advisory Council for the National Center for Public Policy Research’s Project 21 initiative. The National Center for Public Policy Research is a nonpartisan public policy research organization. MI am honored to be a part of a great organization,” Parker said. Project 21 is an initiative of The National Center for Public Policy Research to promote the views of African-Americans and other minorities, whose entrepreneurial spirit, sense of family and commitment to individual responsibility has not traditionally been echoed by the nation’s civil rights establishment.
