Noon tunes headed for Plaza in November
During Wurstfest, the Downtown Association and Main Street are sponsoring Plaza Noon Tunes and Brown Bag Lunches each weekday from noon to I p.m. on the Plaza in historic downtown New Braunfels.
Entertainers and musicians scheduled to perform are all local groups and promise to make your noontime a special event during this special week in New Braunfels.
Special “to-go” lunches will be ready at T.J.’s Burgers and More (636 S. Seguin) and at New Braunfels Coffee (489 Main Plaza). Sip ‘N Sup will offer their own version of brown bag lunches on the Plaza. All lunches are $5 and include a drink.
The Downtown Association is also having their great Sesquicentennial Coin randomly placed in the lunches. You could get a $5 lunch and receive
a free $8 coin.
Every lunch will include a coupon sheet with special discounts, attractions and offers from many downtown merchants. Enjoy lunch and music on the Plaza and then go door to door discovering the delights of downtown until the gates of Wurstfest open at 5 p.m.
Entertainers and musicians scheduled to perform are: Don Forres and Pete Williams, Monday, Nov. 6; Canyon High Balladier, Tuesday, Nov. 7; New Braunfels Middle School Choir and David Owens and Friend, Wednesday, Nov. 8; New Braunfels High School Polka Band, Thursday, Nov. 9; and David Owens and Friend, Friday, Nov. IO.
You are invited to be a part of this newest happening during Wurstfest.
