M Drug-Free October 19-27,1991 The New Braunfels Herald-Zeltung is kicking off the 1991 Red Ribbon Week Campaign with an "Why I'm Drug Free" essay contest for all area Middle School Students. All entries must be submitted to the New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung office by noon, October 15th, 1991. There will be a first, second and third place winner in each grade. First place winners will receive a 1992 Schlitterbahn Season Pass. Second place winners will receive two (2) free bowling games (shoes included) from Comal Bowl.
