It seems short-sighted to embrace a regional transportation plan that doesn't include the possibility of an outer loop. The inclusion of an outer loop doesn't mean one has to be built or ever will be built. The outer loop is just there if it's truly needed. Council members should err on the side of caution by putting the loop back on the table. — OPINION, 4A For breaking news, sports and traffic follow us on Twitter ©NewBraunfalsHZ CHRISTMAS TOUR OF HOMES The New Braunfels 2011 Christmas Tour of Homes, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, offers views of seven vastly different homes that aré sure to inspire and offers plenty of ideas for creating your own personal san ctu a ry. — LIFEJG RANGERS STOMP SOUTHSIDE Sophomore A.C.
