annexa tion With a possible trial date looming between the city and the homeowners of two recently annexed subdivi interim planning direc tor James Vaughan said the time is now to start looking at areas listed on the citys five year annexation plan that might be more viable to bring into New We could wait until we see how the lawsuit plays but we at least need to start thinking now about a plan showing what areas are potentially going to be Vaughan We need to start strategizing and be aware where there would be sewer prob lems in some The key word is State law requires cities to develop a
