United Way meeting
Attending a United Way mid-drive update Oct. 23 at New Braunfels Smokehouse were United Way President-Elect Rusty Brockman, drive Co-Chairwoman Pam Kraft, Smokehouse Manager Russell Dietert, Smokehouse Vice President Mike Dietert, drive Co-Chairman Jack Farris and United Way Executive Director Joe Worl. The meeting area and refreshments were donated by the restaurant.
Getting together at a recent class reunion were Frances Oheim Savage, Phyllis Hughes Erben, Lucille Stapper 0‘Day, Melba Meckel Roth, Marian Schumann Miller, Marilyn Adams Hatchett and Marie Sadue Jarisch.

On Friday, December 6, 1991, the Herald-Zeitung will present a special edition in remembrance of Pearl Harbor, World War ll 50th Anniversary and most importantly those who served.
