Brnunfela man pleaded guilty this past week to a misdemeanor lewdness charge in connection with an incident in a local park this past Court documents reveal Cecil Smith pleaded guilty to public lewdness on 31 in County Court at He was fined sen tenced to 100 hours of com munity service and placed on probation for two If he completes his proba Smith will pay only in fines and another in court Smith and another man were arrested at on May 25 in the public restroom at Cypress Bend New Braunfels police alleged that the pair was engaged in a lewd Public lewdness is a class A misdemeanor
