Johnson Furniture Company was recently presented the Civic Conservation Beautification Award by Lila Schaenfeld, president of the New Braunfels Council of Garden Clubs. Each of the five Garden Clubs in New Braunfels annually select a local business to receive the award and Johnson Furniture, located at 283 S. Seguin Ave., was the unanimous choice. Carol Johnson holds the plaque and is joined by her parents, Dorothy and Wallace Johnson.
