superintendent in Blanco has suc ceeded in charming principal Larry Moehnke away from Canyon High Comal ISO has been Moehnkes educational home for 15 He started Canyons football program his first year then served as dean of students and assistant principal before becoming principal nine years Ive had good years and some very good opportunities to be involved in many Moehnke Im very comfortable but as a I can learn new And that excites July 1 will be his official starting date in Blanco but Moehnke held a staff meeting Monday with the schools faculty to tell them he was I just wanted them to hear it from he said this I know I will miss the closeness of the faculty Theyre very caring They care about kids and about one Moehnke I may find as good a faculty where Im but I dont think Ill ever
