Hernandez, of New Braunfels, passed away Tuesday, May 23, 1995 at McKenna Memorial Hospital at the age of 61. He was bom April 13,1934 in Guadalupe County to Delfino Hernandez and Clementa Hernandez Hernandez. He was a resident of New Braunfels for most of his life. Mr. Hernandez was a laborer in the agriculture business and a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. He is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Dora and Manuel Camareno, of New Braunfels; brother and sister-in-law, Antonio and Sulema Hernandez, of New Braunfels; an uncle, Abel Hernandez; three nephews, Manuel Camareno Jr., Danny Hernandez, and Gilbert Hernandez; four nieces, Diana Camareno Rodriguez, Alicia Camareno Villanueva, Marie Juarez and Cassandra Camareno; plus numerous great-nieces and -nephews. A rosary was recited Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Zoeller Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass is scheduled for Friday at 4 p.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with Rev. Richard Oberstar officiating. Burial will follow in the Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Manuel Camareno Jr., Danny Hernandez, Gilbert Hernandez, Alfredo Hernandez, Thomas Hernandez, and Elijio Urias. Honorary pallbearer will be Brandon Lee Villanueva. The body will lie in state at the funeral home until 3:30 p.m. Friday when the procession departs for the church service. A rosary was recited Thursday at 8 p.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. A funeral Mass is scheduled for Friday, May 26, at noon at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with Rev. Jim Burnie officiating. Burial will be in the Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice New Braunfels.    „ 'lorliar ZSTfisnprmor William Jacob Brodbeck William Jacob Brodbeck, of New Braunfels, passed away Thursday, May 25,1995 at Northeast Baptist Hospital at the age of 91. He was bom Oct. 6, 1903 in Blanco County, Texas to Hilmar and Minnie (Rech) Brodbeck and married Ida Wendel at the Zion Lutheran Church in Fredericksburg, Texas on Sept. 8, 1927. Mr. Brodbeck was a retired middle school teacher and a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. Survivors include his wife, Ida Brodbeck, of New Braunfels; a daughter, La Verna Benick, of San Antonio; a son, Jerry Brodbeck, of McQueeney; a sister, Ema Wolf, of Blanco; a brother, Hugo Brodbeck, of Blanco; 8 grandchildren; and IO great-grandchildren. A funeral service has been scheduled for Saturday, May 27, 1995 at IO a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church with Rev. Charles DeHaven officiating. Interment will follow at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park. She died Friday, May 26, 1995 at the Southwest Methodist Hospital in San Antonio at the age of 86.
