The New Braunfels Community Chorale is holding its final rehearsals for an'April 13 concert of Broadway tunes. Tickets are on sale now at China-n-Things and Johnson Furniture. The concert will be held at First United Methodist Church.
St Ann's Christian Mothers will meet at 2 p.m. today at the Knights of Columbus Hall. Everett Fey will be the guest speaker.

The Comal County Republican Men's Club will give a legislative update at the 7:30 p.m. Tuesday meeting at the Guadalupe Valley Telephone Coop meeting room on FM 3159 in Smithson Valley. Ladies are invited to attend.
The Book Review Club will meet at IO a m. Tuesday at the Senior Center. The book is “Pigs in Heaven” by Barbara Kingsolver.

Senior Citizens Center, 655 Lands St. New residents to the community are welcome to attend meetings and enjoy the hospitality hour which starts at 9:30 a.m.
Comal County Panhellenic will hold a rush registration tea and general membership meeting at 2 p.m. April 6 at 417 Saddletree. The tea is for local girls interested in participating in college sorority rush programs. Alumnae will be present to discuss college life, time management and college ethics. The Hill Country Chorus, New
Braunfels' own chapter of the Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barber Shop Quartet Singing in America, meets at 7 p m every Tuesday at the First Baptist Church's Rice Hall on Cross Street. The group would like to have more men to help “Keep America Singing ” The Hill Country Chorus is in dire need of tenors; you do not have to be an accomplished singer to be a Barbershopper.
