Commission members Tuesday divided its share of the local hotel motel room The citys Arts and Cultural Commission originally asked for 15 percent of the room tax but got more than it asked for when City Council Monday approved a 20 percent share for that Council also agreed Monday to give the citys two museums 5 percent of the local which further relieved the Arts Commission of having to give the museums the previouslyagreed upon 2 percent The Arts Commission Tuesday night took that extra 4 percent and spread it to four of Room tax division Here are the percentages of room tax receipts that local arts and cultural groups will receive under a revised formula devised by the City Arts and Cultural The new percentages are compared to preliminary figures discussed by the commission at an
