that tubers will face this After a marathon meeting Monday the New Braunfels City Council voted to accept the River Activities Committees recommenda tion to limit the size of cool ers on the Comal River to one sixcan cooler per person and one 12can cooler per per son on the Guadalupe The council also voted to ban alcohol in Prince Hin man Island and Cypress Bend public the ordinances do not
