coolers at the New Braunfels City Council meeting Monday After the council heard from more than two dozen the council voted 43 to regulate the size of coolers that could be used on the Comal and Guadalupe rivers inside the city The council also voted 52 Mon day to ban open containers in Hin man Island and Prince Solms Before the cooler District 6 Dozens address council most urge council not to adopt cooler rules Councilman Ken Valentine made a motion to amend the ordinance to change the size of the small coolers I make motion to approve me ordinance with adjustments to amend and change Associated Press Writer WASHINGTON Veterans Affairs Secretary Jim Nicholson unveiled a plan Monday aimed at ensuring that disabled such as those severely injured in Iraq or receive state benefits they
