Renita Rabozzi.Republican Women recognize Reboot
Renita Rabozzi, a Bulverde business woman, was installed as treasurer by the Bulverde Area Republican Women during the group’s annual Christmas dinner Dec.
11 at River Crossing Golf Club.
Rabozzi, who is a charter member, was also recognized for her volunteer efforts.
"Without the service of our volunteers and members we could not have achieved as much during our first year,’1 said newly elected President Hazel Roman. "The diverse activities sponsored by our organization were a success due to the efforts of Renita and all the other volunteers.”
Seventy-eight volunteers were recognized during the Dec. ll installation ceremony.
The Bulverde Area Republican Women’s organization was formed January2003 with 23 charter members.
“It's great to see what a brand new organization can accomplish,” said Rabozzi.
During the past year, the organization has contributed to St hide’s Ranch for Children, donated dictionaries to third graders in Comal County and helped tutor first-grade students at BUI Brown, Rahe, and Specht elementary schools.
Rabozzi is the owner of Raven Home Gifts in Bulverde.
