alumni of the New Braunfels Citizens Police Academy to deliver Christmas gifts to 400 needy local children in 125 In the Blue Santa pro volunteers wrap and deliver Christmas gifts to children in families that might not be able to provide Blue Santa is conducted jointly by the New Braunfels Police Department and the Citizens Police Academy It has grown each year from the 30 or so families
