reading of the ordinance planned for These areas might be excluded from the plan this year Area including T Bar M and Mission Val ley Estates Area bordered by Orion Drive and Hunter Road and Area bordered by FarmtoMar ket 1044 and Klein Mayor Stoney Williams announced Friday that he was going to oppose annexation in those three Because council mem bers Debbie Robert Kendrick and Juliet Watson oppose annexing any Williams hopes the areas will be If the council votes to remove the the land areas to be annexed drop to square miles and people from square miles approved by council Monday All the other areas have waste water and water to Williams no offsite required by NBU New Braunfels At issue is a recent interpreta tion that the city cannot require NBU to extend water and sewer lines to
