Formal ChargesTORRANCE (AP) -Formal charges have been read in court to William Ray Bonner, accused of the Easter shooting spree that left seven dead, including his fiance and a personal friend.Tn the brief arraignment Tuesday in the Torrance branch of Los Angeles Superior Court, the next court appearance for the 25-year-old manwas set for Aug. 28.Investigators said Bonner went on a rampage starting at his own house in South-Central Los Angeles, the night after he had been upset when his fiance intervened in an argument between himself and another man.
