And As Long As the enemy limits himself to new methods Many elements among the american people do not recognize the nature of this War and believe that they can afford to pursue their Ordinary problems of living. To suggest that we Are at War is like saying a dirty word. Nevertheless we Are at War and some i of the new methods Are devastating without even the appearance of shooting. One of these is divisive propaganda and to it the communists have devoted themselves in every country. The opposition to the negro which is rising beyond the question of integration is based upon a i widespread opposition to racial intermarriage which i generally termed Mongrel nation this opposition appears on both sides of the j racial equation and while there Are some who prefer not to discuss it the fact is that it needs to be discussed because it is a Norm in american life.
