Is it resolved in favor of the United states or in favor of the private affairs of the individual for instance in one of the recent tax debates senator Thurston b Morton of Kentucky at one stage took a position which he did not pursue to the Point of a vote. Whether he was right or wrong is not germane to this discussion but it seems to me that the senator might have advertised his expert Ness by explaining that he had for Vars been a director of Brown Forman a whiskey distillery in Kentucky and that his brother had also been a director of this company.
