City police said a Chico Dairy truck Driver noticed the fire As he drove South on Bee Hurst for his Early deliveries he drove the Short distance to the police station and ran in and reported the Blaze police said police notified the fire department immediately. Within minutes after firefighters arrived on the scene with two pumper trucks and a Utility Van they signalled the third alarm to the fire skipping the second alarm the second alarm is sounded for additional equipment while the third is for additional men.
