Vernon John Thompt wealthy Farmer age 35, failed to commit suicide and was arraigned in court this morning. The Case was continued motion attorney Fred Shandorf until nine clock August 28. The revolver which Thompt used while temporarily insane according to his attorney was about Twenty years old. Thompt is married and lives with his wife has no children but has a brother at Canton it was Learned today.
