living eases Stability is achieved WASHINGTON cost of living dipped onetenth of one per cent in August the Labor De jartment announced Tuesday nainly because of plentiful fresh oods at lower cost The department said consumer prices have risen onehalf of one jer cent in the first eight months of this year less than duiing any comparable period since 1955 This stability was achieved in spite of
