size farm roil off ones tongue almost as easily as such treasured words as mother and love But did you ever try to reduce either family farming or familysize farm to a clearcut definition Youll be surprised by how easy it isnt Not so long ago an agricultur al committee of the National Planning Association turned in an extended report on Family Farming A considerable por tion of the 60 printed pages was given over to seeking out an ac ceptable definition The institution of family farm ing it was observed is as American as the Fourth of July and Thanksgiving and should be preserved and
