against F E Dunk elberg charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated will not be heard until the November term to allow Dunkelberg to finish work In the beet fields Lawrence Shepley who is wanted on a break ing and entering charge has been continued as defendant has not been found yet It is claimed he entered the Ohm shoe store in Floyd about four years ago Judge Edwards granted three di vorces Friday Gladys Thorn was divorced from Grover F Thorn on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment They were married in Charles City June 20 1928 and sep arated Aug 26 1936 The defendant has to pay the plaintiff BOO in monthly installments Fannie Fish er was divorced from Emil Fisher on similar grounds They were mar ried in Charles City ov 30 1915 and lived together until Nov 1 1932 The plaintiff will have cus tody of three minor children Emil Jr Donald and Velma Had Three Children Mabel Stoddard was divorced fromMarc Stoddard on the grounds cruel and inhuman treatment The couple was married in DeKalb iSeptt 1926 and aeparatca They had three child liyleSi and Murray Dean 4 The firsttwo named have living with their father and willremain Dean was given to the plaintiff Mrs Etta May Bonner a former residents of Charles City who how resides in Webster City has filed a suit asking judgment for for child maintenance She was divorc ed from George E Bonner Oct 1 1929 when it was stipulated that Bonner was to pay money for the support of six children The petition states that he paid for the period of one year and has remarried and lives near Jewell brock Jamei McMullan H B
